You are welcome to submit a lecture or poster on any subject of our conference topic to iscp-indlas @inflpr.ro.
The abstract should be at least 200 words, but not exceeding one A4 page, including figures, with page margins of 2.5 cm on all sides, Times New Roman font, 11 point type, with single spaced lines and 1.5 space between paragraphs, justified text. It should give a clear idea of what your talk or poster will be about. Note, that due to the constraints of time and place we cannot guarantee a lecture slot to everyone - however, participants whose oral presentation is not accepted will be given a place in the poster session allowing them to present their research.
The lectures will be held in daily sessions where upon each participant is given 12 minutes for his presentation followed by 3 minutes of questions by the audience. We do ask you to keep your talk strictly limited to 12 minutes in order to avoid any delays
Posters should be approximately A1 in size, preferably in portrait format. You have to bring your printed poster to the conference and you will be able to put it up well in advance of the poster session. Mounting material will be provided by us. You should be prepared to answer questions about your poster during the poster session.
Posters should be designed for clear viewing from the distance so that they can be viewed by a number of people at the same time. To ensure visual effectiveness of your poster, use large lettering and a minimum of text.
